Dennis Parsons

Principal

Dennis has more than 40 years’ experience as a chartered accountant, and is a forensic accountant with the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in terms of terms of Section 8 of the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019

He has been appointed as Liquidator of hundreds of small to medium sized companies. He currently provides expert advice and consultation services to a number of government agencies in relation to business failures and regulatory matters.

He is a member of a number of professional associations, including:

  • Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (NZ)
  • The International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (USA);
  • The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (USA).
  • Association of Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialists (USA)
