Dennis Parsons
Principal - Insolvency Services Waikato / Bay of Plenty
Dennis has more than 40 years’ experience as a chartered accountant, and is a forensic accountant with the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in terms of terms of Section 8 of the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019
He has been appointed as Liquidator of hundreds of small to medium sized companies in Tauranga, Hamilton and Rotorua and throughout the Bay of Plenty and Waikato. He currently provides expert advice and insolvency and liquidation consultation services to a number of government agencies in relation to business failures and regulatory matters.
He is a member of a number of professional associations, including:
- Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (NZ)
- The International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (USA);
- The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (USA).
- Association of Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialists (USA)
